⚠️ MedGo2U is a booking platform, not a healthcare provider. All clinical services are provided by independent professionals, not by MedGo2U.


🔐 Client Terms & Agreement – Medgo2U

Each client must accept these terms before making a booking:


Definitions:
  • "Platform" means the platform as appearing on https://www.medgo2u.com/uk or any mobile application which is owned by MedGo2U Limited.
  • "Client(s)" means any person booking services through MedGo2U.
  • "Healthcare Professionals" means healthcare professionals providing services on the Platform.
  • "Session" refers to any healthcare services reserved on the Platform.

1. Medgo2U Is a Booking Platform, Not a Healthcare Provider

I understand that Medgo2U is a technology platform that connects Clients with Healthcare Professionals. Medgo2U:

  • Does not provide clinical or medical services either through itself or any of its affiliates.
  • Does not supervise the Healthcare Professionals' work either through itself or through any of its affiliates.
  • Is not a registered healthcare provider or employer.

2. What Medgo2U Verifies for Your Safety

I acknowledge and confirm that Medgo2U verifies all or any of the following relevant information and/or documents before allowing Healthcare Professionals to join the Platform:

  • (a) A valid, up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check;
  • (b) A valid Professional Registration Number from the relevant UK regulatory body, including: (a) HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council), (b) NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council), (c) GMC (General Medical Council), (d) GOC (General Optical Council), (e) General Osteopathic Council, (f) RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons), (g) BASRaT (British Association of Sport Rehabilitators), (h) A valid Manual Handling Certificate for applicable roles (e.g. carers, rehab assistants, support staff), (i) Social Care Wales (SCW) Certificate if the Healthcare Professional is works and lives in Wales, (j) Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) Certificate, (k) Safe Guarding Certificate, (l) Moving and Handling of People Certificate, (m) CPR Certificate, (n) Safe Guarding Certificate, (o) RCN, (p) relevant Association membership details, (q) BLC/ILS, Fire Safety, GDPR or Info Governance if Healthcare Professional is a Midwife, (r) Care Certificate, information about life support or first aid if the Healthcare Professional is a Carer or Support Worker, and (t) any other relevant document as may be required depending upon the discipline of medical service.
  • (c) Proof of valid Professional Indemnity/liability Insurance which is required to be procured by the Healthcare Professionals before they are onboarded by Medgo2U.

You shall have the right to request that the relevant Healthcare Professional attending your premises pursuant to a booking made through our Platform produce for inspection any relevant documentation and/or information referred to above, which has been previously verified by us.


Medgo2U does not guarantee or provide any representation or warranty regarding the clinical performance, skill level, personal conduct, or availability of any Healthcare Professional. In the event of any complaint, I agree to abide by the dispute resolution procedure as set out in the terms of service of Medgo2U.

3. Independent Professional Responsibility

I understand that:

  • Each Healthcare Professional providing services on the Platform act as independent contractors for Medgo2U.
  • They are solely responsible for their own services, conduct, and legal compliance of applicable laws.
  • Any advice, care, or treatment is provided by them directly and not by Medgo2U.

4. Medical Advice Disclaimer

I acknowledge that:

  • Medgo2U does not provide any medical or clinical advice; and
  • Medgo2U is not liable for the outcome of any diagnosis, recommendation, or action taken by a Healthcare Professional on or through the Platform.

5. Booking Rules

I agree that:

  • All Sessions should be reserved through the Medgo2U Platform and in the event I contact or try to contact any Healthcare Professional outside the Platform, Medgo2U reserves the right to take any action against them as per the terms of service published on the Platform.
  • I will not arrange direct services, cash payments, or recurring private bookings outside of the Platform.
  • Doing so may result in account suspension as per the terms contained in the terms of service.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

I agree to follow:

  • cancellation and refund policy of Medgo2U, as shown at the time of booking or as per the cancellation policy contained in the terms of service.
  • Any fees for late cancellations or missed appointments (if applicable) shall be determined as per the terms of service as published on the Platform.

7. Service Disputes

I understand that:

  • Any concerns or complaints about the service should first be addressed directly with the Healthcare Professional as per the terms as contained in the terms of service of Medgo2U.
  • Medgo2U is not legally liable for service outcomes or personal disputes outside the scope of our services.

8. Respect & Safety Policy

I agree to:

  • Treat all Healthcare Professionals with respect and dignity.
  • Avoid any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards Healthcare Professionals.
  • Understand that misconduct may lead to account suspension or appropriate legal action.

9. Live Location Use

If a Healthcare Professional chooses to share their live location:

  • I will only use it for coordination related to the booked Session.
  • I will not misuse the tracking or invade the provider’s privacy
  • The location sharing will end after the completion of the Session.

10. Liability Waiver

I understand and accept that:

  • Medgo2U is not liable for personal injury, dissatisfaction, property damage, or negligence caused by the Healthcare Professional.
  • In the event of any dispute, Medgo2U’s liability is limited to the Platform Fee (as defined in the terms of service) paid to Medgo2U.

11. Data & Privacy

I consent to:

  • Medgo2U securely storing my personal data to manage Sessions as per the privacy policy of Medgo2U.
  • Sharing necessary details (e.g. contact number, address) with the booked Healthcare Professional as per the privacy policy of Medgo2U.

12.Platform Terms & Updates

I agree that:


  • Medgo2U may update its terms, fees, or policies at any time without any commitment of providing prior notice.
  • I may be notified of major changes and continued use of the Platform implies agreement to such changes.

13. Governing Law

I agree that:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
  • Any legal disputes shall be handled by courts of Cardiff, Wales.

14. Founder & Management Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that Medgo2U is a separate legal entity. I agree not to hold Medgo2U’s founders, directors, shareholders, or staff personally liable for any service-related claims, injuries, dissatisfaction, or disputes involving a professional booked through the platform and I agree that all claims shall be settled as per the dispute resolution policy set out in terms of service of Medgo2U.

15. Emergency Situations Disclaimer

I understand that:

  • Medgo2U is not an emergency medical service provider.
  • If I or someone in my care is experiencing a medical emergency, I will call 999 or the appropriate NHS service.
  • Medgo2U is not responsible for delays in care or any consequences of using the platform during emergencies.

16. Service Eligibility & Honest Use Declaration

I confirm that:

  • I am booking Session for myself or someone for whom I have legal authority (e.g. dependent, family member).
  • I will not falsify information, impersonate someone else, or misuse the Medgo2U Platform.
  • Providing false information may lead to account suspension or appropriate legal consequences.

17. Consent to Communication & Follow-Up

I consent to receiving occasional updates, newsletters, and promotional offers from Medgo2U. I understand I can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Medgo2U may Contact me via email, phone, or SMS regarding bookings, support, or safety matters.
  • Send satisfaction surveys or service reminders (I can opt out of marketing communications).

18. Third-Party Services & Tools Disclaimer

I acknowledge that:
  • Medgo2U may use third-party tools (e.g. for video consultations, maps, payments).
  • Medgo2U is not responsible for outages, errors, or data breaches caused by these third-party platforms. We recommend you to peruse privacy policy of such third-party service providers before booking any Session with us.

19. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the rest of the terms of this agreement will still remain valid and enforceable.

20. No Guarantee of Outcomes

I understand that:
  • Healthcare, therapy, or wellness services may vary in outcome.
  • Medgo2U and its Healthcare Professionals do not guarantee results, recovery, or improvements from any service.
  • I accept the said risk when booking a Healthcare Professional.

21. Insurance Responsibility & Claims Disclaimer

I acknowledge that:
  • All Healthcare Professionals on Medgo2U are required to hold their own valid Professional Indemnity Insurance (and Public Liability Insurance, where applicable).
  • All claims, legal disputes, or injury-related matters must be directed to the individual Healthcare professional and/or their insurance provider and not Medgo2U.
  • Medgo2U will cooperate with legal or insurance investigations but accepts no liability for incidents, damages, or professional conduct. Such cooperation shall be in accordance with the terms of service of Medgo2U.

22. No Joint Venture, Partnership, or Employer Relationship

I understand that:
  • Booking a Healthcare Professional through Medgo2U does not create any employer-employee or joint venture relationship between me, such Healthcare Professional, or Medgo2U.
  • Each Healthcare Professinal operates entirely independently and is not an agent or employee of Medgo2U.
  • Medgo2U is not vicariously liable for their actions, advice, or omissions.

23. Client Indemnity

I agree to:
  • Indemnify and hold harmless Medgo2U, its founders, directors, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages that arise to me or to any third party due to:
    • My misuse of the Platform
    • My violation of the terms contained herein and/or in the terms of use published on the Platform
    • Any service disputes caused by actions I take outside the Platform's scope

24. No Refunds for Non-Compliance or Misuse

I acknowledge that:

  • If I violate these terms contained herein and/or in the terms of service as published on the website (e.g. arrange off-platform services, falsify information, behave abusively), I may be banned from the Platform without a refund
  • Medgo2U reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of Client misconduct or breach of Platform policies

25. Review Integrity Statement

I agree not to:

  • Leave false, abusive, or defamatory reviews
  • Threaten professionals with bad ratings in exchange for favours, discounts, or changes in care
  • Understand that reviews may be moderated or removed if they breach platform policy

26. Legal Capacity & Informed Consent

I confirm that:

  • I am at least 18 years old or legally authorised to make bookings on behalf of the person receiving care
  • I understand the nature of healthcare, wellness, and care services and voluntarily accept the risks involved
  • Medgo2U is not responsible for outcomes resulting from misunderstanding the nature of services.

27. Force Majeure (Acts Beyond Control)

I acknowledge that:

  • Medgo2U and the Healthcare Professionals are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services caused by events outside of their control (e.g. natural disasters, accidents, illness, transport strikes, severe weather, pandemics)

28. Use at Your Own Risk Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that:

  • Any Sessions booked through Medgo2U are used at my own risk
  • I am responsible for understanding the scope and limits of the services offered
  • Medgo2U has no obligation to vet treatment decisions, nor is it liable for unsatisfactory outcomes. Medgo2U has the limited role of connecting me with the Healthcare Professionals.

29. Entire Agreement

I acknowledge that:

  • These terms, the terms contained in the terms of service published on the website and the privacy policy and cookie policy of Medgo2U represent the entire agreement between myself and Medgo2U.
  • Any oral promises, assumptions, or informal conversations are not legally binding unless written and signed by Medgo2U.
  • No one other than Medgo2U management may modify these terms.
  • In the event of inconsistency between the terms of service and this agreement, the terms of this agreement shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

30. Professional Contractual Relationship

I acknowledge that:

  • The Healthcare Professional I book enters a direct service contract with me (the client), and not with Medgo2U.
  • Medgo2U is not a party to the contract I enter into when I book a Session on the Platform, and any breaches or disputes arising from it are strictly between me and the Healthcare Professional.
  • I will not hold Medgo2U liable for any breach of contract, missed appointments, pricing errors, or service dissatisfaction.

31. Disclaimer of Duty to Intervene

I understand that:

  • Medgo2U does not monitor, supervise, or enforce the Healthcare Professional’s conduct in real-time.
  • Medgo2U is not legally required to mediate, report, or discipline providers unless required by law.
  • I am responsible for reporting any serious professional misconduct to the relevant regulatory body of the United Kingdom. (e.g. HCPC, NMC, GMC etc.)

32. Acceptance of Jurisdictional Limitation

I acknowledge that:

  • Medgo2U operates exclusively under the laws of the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
  • I waive any right to bring international or foreign jurisdiction claims against Medgo2U or its directors, employees, or representatives.
  • All legal matters must be handled within the UK legal system, and I will not attempt to bypass these limits through foreign courts or alternative jurisdictions.

33. Client Release of Claims Against Medgo2U

I voluntarily release and discharge Medgo2U from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities — known or unknown — arising from services provided by the Healthcare Professionals I book through the Platform.

34. Accessibility Statement

If you require this agreement in an alternative format (e.g., large print, audio, etc.) for accessibility purposes, please email support@medgo2u.com.

35. Children’s Booking Disclosure (if clients can book for minors):

If I am booking on behalf of a minor, I confirm I have legal authority to do so. I acknowledge that only Healthcare Professionals with appropriate training and enhanced DBS checks will be permitted to deliver services to minors through Medgo2U.

36. Client Cancellation & Refund Policy


MedGo2U has a structured cancellation policy designed to ensure fairness and accountability for both clients and Healthcare Professionals:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 100% full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: 70% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment: 30% refund.
  • No refund will be issued if:
    • You fail to attend the appointment,
    • You do not answer your doorbell or phone calls upon the Healthcare Professional's arrival.

These policies are in place to protect the time, effort, and preparation of healthcare professionals while providing flexibility for Clients.


MedGo2U reserves the right to review or modify refund eligibility under exceptional or emergency circumstances at its sole discretion and without any prior notice to the Client.

39. Platform Fee Acknowledgement


I acknowledge that MedGo2U applies a 11% platform fee to each transaction. This fee covers service maintenance, platform development, technology costs, maintenance of relevant insurances, providing social security to staff and administrative operations.


Platform fee is non-refundable, except in cases of full-service cancellation initiated by either the Platform or the assigned Healthcare Professional.

40. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

I agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with my financial institution without first contacting MedGo2U. False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal pursuit for recovery of funds.

41. No Abuse of Refund Policy

I agree not to exploit or misuse the refund policy by booking and repeatedly cancelling appointments. MedGo2U reserves the right to deny future refunds or suspend accounts engaging in repeat or abusive behaviour.

42. Client Conduct Code

I will maintain courteous, safe, and respectful behaviour during appointments. Abusive language, threats, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate suspension of services and denial of refunds.

43. Misrepresentation & Fraud

I confirm all personal and booking information provided is accurate and truthful. Any attempt to misrepresent identity, condition, or booking intent may result in denial of service and legal action.

44. Consent to Share Booking Details with Authorities

In rare cases where required by law or public safety (e.g. abuse, safeguarding), I consent to MedGo2U sharing my booking details with appropriate legal or safeguarding authorities.

45. No Commercial Resale of Services

I agree not to resell, redistribute, or market MedGo2U services on behalf of others without explicit written approval. Platform services are intended for direct personal or authorised use only.

46. Booking for Others

If I book a service on behalf of someone else (e.g., a family member, friend, or dependent), I confirm I have full legal authority and informed consent to do so. I accept full responsibility for their conduct, safety, and compliance with the appointment.

47. Professional Availability Disclaimer

MedGo2U does not guarantee the availability of any specific Healthcare Professional at any given time. Availability is subject to real-time scheduling and Healthcare Professional’s discretion.

48. Age of Consent

By accepting these terms, I confirm I am over 18 years old, or that I have parental/legal guardian consent to use MedGo2U and book services.

49. No Expectation of Continuous Availability

I understand that MedGo2U is a dynamic platform with availability subject to Healthcare Professional schedules, local coverage, and demand. MedGo2U does not guarantee service availability in all locations or time slots.

50. Right to Refuse Service

MedGo2U and its providers reserve the right to refuse service to any Client for reasons including but not limited to: abuse, unsafe environment, risk to staff, or prior policy violations.

51. Booking Confirmation Disclaimer

All bookings are subject to final confirmation. MedGo2U reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings where necessary due to safety, provider availability, or technical error.

52. Verification of Professional Identity at Appointment

You may request to see the Healthcare Professional's ID and registration proof at the appointment. MedGo2U encourages this for added peace of mind but is not liable for verification onsite.

53. Platform Suspension Rights

MedGo2U reserves the right to suspend or deactivate client accounts suspected of policy abuse, unsafe conduct, or illegal activity without prior warning.

54. Non-Compete & Direct Hiring Ban

Clients shall not bypass MedGo2U to arrange future services with Healthcare Professionals found on the Platform for a period of 12 months after the last booking. Violation may result in legal action and permanent or temporary suspension of Account on the Platform.

55. Post-Service Complaints & Liability Period

I acknowledge that I have up to 48 hours following the completion of a service to raise any concerns, complaints, or issues related to the appointment, including dissatisfaction with the quality of care provided.

After this 48-hour window has passed, MedGo2U is no longer responsible for handling such matters. Any injuries, claims, or disputes arising after this period must be addressed directly with the Healthcare Professional or their insurance provider.

I understand that all Healthcare Professionals on the MedGo2U Platform are required to hold valid Professional Indemnity Insurance and are solely liable for their clinical decisions, treatments, and conduct.

Role of Medgo2U in relation to dispute resolution is limited to the extent as set out in the terms of service published on the Platform.

56. Marketplace Intermediary Disclaimer

I acknowledge that MedGo2U is a neutral technology Platform that connects clients with independently verified Healthcare Professionals. MedGo2U does not employ, supervise, or directly control the Healthcare Professionals. All healthcare services are provided solely by the Healthcare Professionals, who assumes full legal and professional liability for their work.

57. Medical Disclaimer

MedGo2U does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any medical advice or care received is the responsibility of the Healthcare Professional. Clients are encouraged to verify Healthcare Professional’s credentials displayed on the Platform and to seek a second opinion if uncertain.

58. Emergency Exclusion

MedGo2U is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent or life-threatening situations. In the case of a medical emergency, you must contact 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately.

59. Client Verification of Professional

I understand that all Healthcare Professionals on the platform are verified by MedGo2U during onboarding; however, I retain the right and responsibility to independently confirm Healthcare Professional qualifications (e.g., GMC, NMC, HCPC registration) before receiving treatment.

60. Limitation of Liability for Injuries

MedGo2U is not liable for any personal injury, adverse medical outcome, or harm sustained during or after treatment. Any such issues must be addressed directly with the Healthcare Professional involved or through their Professional Indemnity Insurance.

61. Insurance Notification

In the event of an injury, the client agrees to contact the healthcare provider’s insurance company directly. MedGo2U may assist in sharing contact or regulatory details, but does not participate in claim resolution.

62. No Warranty

MedGo2U makes no warranty, guarantee, or assurance about the results, outcomes, or satisfaction of any services provided by the Healthcare Professionals on the platform.

63. GDPR Breach Notification Policy

Medgo2U will notify clients within 72 hours if a personal data breach occurs, in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

64. Service Limitations

I acknowledge that the scope of services provided through MedGo2U may be limited based on professional qualifications, regional availability, or legal constraints. Not all types of care or treatment are available through the Platform.

65. Client Health Disclosure

I agree to disclose any relevant health conditions or risks to the Healthcare Professional before receiving treatment. MedGo2U is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

66. Right to Amend or Suspend Services

MedGo2U reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue platform services or policies at any time due to legal, operational, or security reasons.

67. Third-Party Liability Disclaimer

MedGo2U is not responsible for the actions, services, or content provided by any third-party tools or platforms used in conjunction with this service (e.g., Stripe, video software, GPS tracking tools).

68. Client Conduct Environment Safety

I confirm that I will provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for the Healthcare Professional. Any environment deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in service refusal with no refund.

69. ID Verification for High-Risk Services

For certain clinical, therapeutic, or high-risk services, I agree to present a valid photo ID if requested by the Healthcare Professional, to verify identity and ensure safety and eligibility.

70. Payment Responsibility Confirmation

I confirm I am legally authorised to use the payment method provided and assume full responsibility for all charges, including fees arising from failed or unauthorised transactions.

71. Client Tech Responsibility

I understand that any failure to receive booking confirmations, tracking info, or telehealth links due to incorrect contact info, spam filters, or device issues is my sole responsibility.

72. No Medical Emergency Escalation Responsibility

I understand that if I report a medical emergency to MedGo2U, the Platform will direct me to NHS 999 and will not dispatch or escalate care itself.

73. Healthcare Professional Right to Decline or Discontinue Treatment

I understand that a Healthcare Professional may decline to proceed with treatment if clinical, ethical, or safety concerns arise during the session.

74. Waiver of Class Action Rights

I waive any right to participate in class action claims against MedGo2U. Any disputes must be resolved individually under UK law.

75. Platform Use Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that MedGo2U serves as a neutral booking facilitator and not as a healthcare provider. I understand that all care is provided by Healthcare Professionals operating independently from the Platform as independent contractors.

76. Limitation Period for Claims

Any claims or disputes against MedGo2U must be brought within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the date of the relevant booking or service. Claims raised beyond this timeframe will be considered invalid.

77. No Reliance

I confirm that I have not relied on any representations, statements, or promises made by MedGo2U outside of this written agreement. No oral or visual promotional material shall form part of the legal agreement.

78. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform materials are the exclusive property of MedGo2U and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written consent.

79. Digital Consent Storage

I agree that my digital signature, name, email, IP address, and timestamp may be stored securely by MedGo2U as legally valid evidence of my agreement to these terms, in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and eIDAS Regulation.

80. Jurisdiction Scope

Currently, MedGo2U operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. Clients located outside of the UK may not be eligible for services unless expressly permitted.

81. Future In-WebbApp Features

MedGo2U may introduce new platform features (e.g., reviews, reward programs, subscription plans) in future. Use of such features will be governed by updated terms made available on the platform or app at the time of use.

82. Accessibility of Insurance

Clients are entitled to request confirmation of a Healthcare Professional's insurance provider and policy type in the event of a dispute or injury, which will be facilitated via MedGo2U if needed.

83. Delayed Professional Arrival Disclaimer

In rare cases of unexpected delay (e.g., traffic, emergency), Healthcare Professionals may arrive slightly outside the scheduled window. MedGo2U is not liable for minor delays and will assist with rescheduling where applicable.

84. Refund Processing Time

Refunds, when applicable, may take up to 7–10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank.

85. Explicit No Refund for Client Medical Dissatisfaction

Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a treatment is not a valid reason for a refund unless gross negligence is proven.

86. Confirmation that Clients Must Disclose Allergies or Conditions

Clients must disclose any allergies, pre-existing conditions, or contraindications relevant to the booked Session. Failure to do so may limit liability or void eligibility for post-service disputes.

87. Client Data Storage & Platform

While MedGo2U does not collect or store medical records or clinical data (except for training Medgo2U AI as per the privacy policy published on our Platform), the platform does securely store limited client information, including name, contact details, booking history, and service reviews.

This data is retained for purposes of:

  • Platform functionality and service delivery.
  • Audit trails, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.
  • Internal quality assurance and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Review and rating system integrity.

Data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR and is not shared with third parties without lawful basis or client consent. Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting support@medgo2u.com.

88. Fraudulent Claims or Reviews

Clients who make repeated, unfounded, or intentionally misleading claims, reviews, or refund requests may have their account suspended and may be subject to legal action.

89. Dispute Resolution Path

In the event of a dispute, clients agree to first attempt resolution via MedGo2U support before escalating to legal channels or regulatory authorities.

90. Clear Client Responsibility for Follow-Up Care

MedGo2U and its Healthcare Professionals are not responsible for providing ongoing medical follow-up or aftercare unless a new appointment is explicitly booked through the MedGo2U Platform.
Clients are solely responsible for arranging any required future appointments, whether with the same or a different Healthcare Professional, through the Platform. For medical continuity, ongoing conditions, or emergency situations, clients should contact their GP, NHS 111, or another qualified provider directly.

91. Client Feedback Use

By submitting a review, testimonial, or feedback, I grant MedGo2U the right to use my review for marketing, training, or service quality improvement purposes.

92. Client Agreement to Not Record Without Consent

I will not record (audio, video, or screen) any session or communication with a Healthcare Professional without their prior consent. Breach of this may result in account suspension or legal action.

93. Client Acknowledgement for Live Location Sharing

I understand that some Healthcare Professionals may share their live location to facilitate my appointment. I consent to this limited-use tracking for the purpose of appointment logistics only.

94. Cybersecurity Acknowledgement

I understand that while MedGo2U implements industry-standard security protocols, no online system is 100% secure. I accept responsibility for keeping my login credentials confidential.

95. Right to Modify or Suspend Client Access

MedGo2U reserves the right to suspend, limit, or modify platform access if it detects suspicious activity, security risks, or violations of these terms.

96. AI/Automation Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that certain platform features (e.g., booking confirmations, reminders, reviews filtering) may be automated or AI-assisted. These tools do not replace human judgment, and MedGo2U is not liable for automation errors.

97. Client-Submitted Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any information, images, or content you upload or submit to MedGo2U, including in reviews. MedGo2U reserves the right to remove inappropriate or misleading content without notice.

98. Electronic Record Storage

You acknowledge that your agreement and all related records may be securely stored in electronic format and are valid under UK and EU law for contractual enforcement.

99. Browser/Device Compatibility Disclaimer

MedGo2U makes efforts to support all major browsers and devices, but is not liable for booking issues due to outdated software, device incompatibility, or poor internet connectivity.

100. Client Death or Incapacity

In the rare event of client death or legal incapacity prior to a booked Session, MedGo2U may request verification documents and reserves the right to issue or deny a refund at its sole discretion.

101. Serious Incident & Fatality:

In the rare event of a serious medical incident, injury, or death arising from treatment provided by a Healthcare Professional booked through the MedGo2U Platform, the Client's family or legal representative must immediately contact the healthcare provider’s insurance directly. MedGo2U is not a healthcare provider and does not accept liability for the clinical actions, omissions, or outcomes resulting from services delivered by Healthcare Professionals. Each Healthcare Professional is individually insured and solely responsible for their medical practice.

102. No Clinical Oversight

MedGo2U does not supervise, monitor, or review the clinical decision-making, treatments, or service delivery of professionals using the platform. All clinical outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the treating Healthcare Professional.
