1. MedGo2U is NOT an Employer

I acknowledge that MedGo2U acts solely as a technology platform connecting clients with independent professionals. MedGo2U does not employ, supervise, or assume responsibility for professionals' work. Each professional is fully responsible for their own legal and ethical practice.

  • MedGo2U is not responsible for any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from my professional practice.

3. Patient Records & Legal Compliance (Required for Registered Healthcare Professionals)

I confirm that I am solely responsible for maintaining accurate, secure, and legally compliant patient records, as required by UK law and my professional regulations. I acknowledge that:

  • MedGo2U does not store, manage, or monitor patient records (except for training the in-house AI model, in which case we store some health related data submitted by the patients for a temporary period).
  • I must use my own secure system for record-keeping and ensure compliance with GDPR and medical laws.
  • MedGo2U recommends Heidi Health as a tool, but its use is optional.
  • MedGo2U will not be liable for any data breaches, mismanagement, or legal claims related to my patient records.
  • I am also subject to the relevant terms of service published on the platform of Medgo2U.
